Despite our best efforts and hard work; sometimes we need extra help.  Just as when we have a physical illness we cannot handle; we go to a doctor. We may need to seek a higher level of care to protect ourselves when we are emotionally fragile. When those times do come do not be afraid or embarrassed to ask for help to protect yourselves or those you love.  I have included some numbers below of professionals who are trained to help in times of emergencies.
