It is not often we are truly heard in today's busy life. To be heard is a great feeling and something I can offer. If you are struggling with emotional issues, addictions, depression, anxiety or have a loved one who is; please talk to somebody. We all have the answers within us, but sometimes we need somebody else to hear us out. I can help you with that.
I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and safe and make the visit as seamless as possible. The first visit will consist of an intake, me gathering history and you filling out paperwork in order to make a plan for future treatment. Visits are generally an hour long for the first visit and 50 minutes to an hour thereafter. As always if you have any questions I am here to answer them.
